Submit your application with your profile, areas of expertise, and experience. Tell us about your skills and what makes you a great podcasting expert. The more detailed your profile, the better we can match you with podcasters who need you.
Interview Invite
Once reviewed and approved, you'll be invited to join the PodHeroes network. You can then set your hourly rate, define your availability, and create a profile that highlights your strengths to attract the right clients.
Get onboarded
After going live, podcasters can book you directly through the platform. Share your knowledge, help others launch or level up their podcasts, and get paid for doing what you love — all while growing your reputation as a true PodHero.

After your session, you will received an email with a survey link to leave a quick review and rating. Your feedback helps us maintain the highest quality and support both clients and experts in continuous improvement.
What happens if an expert is unavailable after I’ve booked a session?
If an expert becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you right away and offer to reschedule, match you with another expert, or issue a full refund—your choice.
How do I handle technical issues during a session?

How is payment processed on Podheros?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You’ll be charged once your booking is confirmed, and your session details will be sent right to your inbox.

How are experts vetted on Podheros?
We personally review every expert application, assessing industry experience, portfolio quality, communication style, and client fit. Only the top-tier make it onto our platform.
Can I book the same expert multiple times?
Yes, definitely! If you find an expert you love working with, you can book them as often as you need.
How long do the sessions last?
